Job summary

Holland & Barrett in Friargate, Freshney Place Shopping Centre, Grimsby, is seeking a part-time Retail Assistant (16 hours per week) to deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will help customers find products for wellbeing, recommend solutions, and maintain store presentation with a collaborative team.

You will join a well-known health and wellness retailer offering training, discount benefits, and career development opportunities while working in a busy retail environment that values

What you'll be doing

• Welcoming customers and helping them find the right products for their individual wellness goals.
• Recommending products and solutions with confidence while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Keeping shelves fully stocked and merchandising displays to a high standard.
• Supporting promotions, maintaining store presentation and ensuring excellent operational standards.
• Working collaboratively with your team to achieve store goals and create a positive shopping experience.
• Use a consultative approach to understand customers' needs and recommend the right products, whether available in store or online.
• Completing our Qualified to Advise training to build your product knowledge and provide trusted guidance.
