Job summary

Holland & Barrett is seeking a Retail Assistant in Henley-on-Thames to deliver welcoming, inspiring experiences for customers. This permanent role is 16 hours per week, with a pay rate of £13.17 per hour.

You’ll help customers choose products, keep displays tidy, and support promotions, using a consultative approach to meet wellness goals. The role involves teamwork, strong communication, and a readiness to learn about health and wellness.

What you'll be doing

• Welcoming customers and helping them find the right products for their individual wellness goals.
• Recommending products and solutions with confidence while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Keeping shelves fully stocked and merchandising displays to a high standard.
• Supporting promotions, maintaining store presentation and ensuring excellent operational standards.
• Working collaboratively with your team to achieve store goals and create a positive shopping experience.
• Use a consultative approach to understand customers' needs and recommend the right products, whether available in store or online.
• Completing our Qualified to Advise training to build your product knowledge and provide trusted guidance.
