Job summary

Holland & Barrett is seeking a Retail Assistant in North Cotes, High Street. This permanent, part-time role involves welcoming customers, guiding product choices for wellness goals, and delivering excellent service.

You’ll learn about health and wellbeing, stay organised in a busy store, and use tablets to assist customers. Our training will support your growth and customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and help them find products for wellness goals.

• Collaborate with the team to hit store goals and create a positive shopping experience.
• Use consultative approach to understand customer needs, in-store or online.
• Complete our Qualified to Advise training to build product knowledge.

What you'll be doing

• Welcoming customers and helping them find the right products for their individual wellness goals.
• Recommending products and solutions with confidence while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Keeping shelves fully stocked and merchandising displays to a high standard.
• Supporting promotions, maintaining store presentation and ensuring excellent operational standards.
• Working collaboratively with your team to achieve store goals and create a positive shopping experience.
• Use a consultative approach to understand customers' needs and recommend the right products, whether available in store or online.
• Completing our Qualified to Advise training to build your product knowledge and provide trusted guidance.
