Job summary

Protyre Autocare is the UK’s fastest growing supplier and fitter of tyres and automotive services, with a national footprint and a strong focus on training and development. This Retail Assistant/Service Advisor role offers frontline customer service, diary management, and parts coordination within our growing network.

Reporting to Centre Management, you’ll greet customers, handle inquiries by phone and in person, and work to maintain high service standards while complying with safety

Qualifications

• Automotive industry knowledge is essential.
• Willingness to learn and improve knowledge.
• Ability to act on own initiative and take responsibility for quality of work.
• Full valid Driving Licence.
• Automotive knowledge preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Booking vehicles into diary.
• Meet & Greet customers.
• Ordering parts into centre.
• Delivering customer contact to a high standard.
• Work in a safe manner and comply with health & safety regulations.
• Advise customers/management of any additional faults on the vehicle.
• Carry out other duties as required.
