We're looking for a Retail Assistant who will be the face of our business, delivering exceptional customer service for Universities on a part-time basis, contracted to 20 hours per week. You'll join a team that takes pride in their work, their food, and in their company that values its people.

As a Retail Assistant, you will work in a passionate and friendly team within a fast-paced environment. The company invests in its people, celebrates individuality, and rewards employees who go beyond expectations.

Shift patterns will typically be: 4 days out of 7.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serving customers, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience
• Being knowledgeable about our services and assisting customers naturally and engagingly
• Representing Universities and maintaining a positive brand image
• Handling cash and operating the cash register
• Complying with Health and Safety regulations
