18 hours per week, working on a rota basis between 3:00 pm and 9:00 pm

What it takes to be an Operations Team Member at Mole Valley Farmers:

The operations team is the engine of the business, ensuring inventory accuracy so customers get the products they want. You will maintain stock accuracy, pay attention to detail, and confidently challenge discrepancies. You will help present a branch that exceeds customer and company standards in visual merchandising and presentation.

What you will be doing:

You will deliver excellent customer service through stock management, product availability, and display. Your tasks include loading goods into customer vehicles, checking deliveries, serving customers at the tills, checking stock rotation, and maintaining the yard and storage layout.

Please note, due to the nature of our products, this role involves regular manual handling and heavy lifting (up to 25kg).
