Job summary

Holland & Barrett in Newry (Northern Ireland) is hiring a Retail Assistant for 10 hours per week at £13.17 per hour. You will welcome customers, advise on wellness products and support store promotions. Training will build your product knowledge and confidence in guiding shoppers.

Responsibilities

• Keep shelves stocked and displays well presented.
• Support promotions and maintain store presentation and high operational standards.
• Collaborate with your team to meet store goals and create a positive shopping experience.
• Use a consultative approach to understand customer needs and suggest in-store or online options.
• Complete our Qualified to Advise training to build product knowledge and provide trusted guidance.

What you'll be doing

• Welcoming customers and helping them find the right products for their individual wellness goals.
• Recommending products and solutions with confidence while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Keeping shelves fully stocked and merchandising displays to a high standard.
• Supporting promotions, maintaining store presentation and ensuring excellent operational standards.
• Working collaboratively with your team to achieve store goals and create a positive shopping experience.
• Use a consultative approach to understand customers' needs and recommend the right products, whether available in store or online.
• Completing our Qualified to Advise training to build your product knowledge and provide trusted guidance.
