Job summary

Holland & Barrett in the United Kingdom is seeking a Retail Assistant to create welcoming, inspiring experiences for every customer who walks through our doors. You’ll help customers find the right wellness products, recommend solutions, and keep shelves and displays in top condition.

With training, support and opportunities to grow, you’ll join a team that delivers excellent service daily. The role includes 10 hours per week at £13.17 per hour and flexibility to cover holidays and absences.

What you’ll be doing

• Welcoming customers and helping them find the right products for their individual wellness goals.
• Recommending products and solutions with confidence while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Keeping shelves fully stocked and merchandising displays to a high standard.
• Supporting promotions, maintaining store presentation and ensuring excellent operational standards.
• Working collaboratively with your team to achieve store goals and create a positive shopping experience.
• Use aconsultative approach to understand customers' needs and recommend the right products, whether available in store or online.
• Completing ourQualified to Advise training to build your product knowledge and provide trusted guidance.
