Job summary

Holland & Barrett in Welwyn Garden City is seeking a part-time Retail Assistant to welcome customers and help them choose products that support their wellness goals. You will promote products, keep displays neat, and assist with promotions while delivering excellent service.

The successful candidate will be friendly, organised and comfortable using tablets and digital tools, with a genuine interest in health and wellness. This role offers a supportive team environment and flexible scheduling.

• Customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers and helping them find the right products for their wellness goals.
• Recommending products with confidence while delivering outstanding service.
• Keeping shelves stocked and merchandising displays to a high standard.
• Supporting promotions and maintaining store presentation and operational standards.
• Working with your team to achieve store goals and create a positive shopping experience.
• Use a consultative approach to understand customers' needs and recommend products in-store or online.
• Complete the Qualified to Advise training to build product knowledge and provide trusted guidance.

What you'll be doing

• Completing our Qualified to Advise training to build your product knowledge and provide trusted guidance.
