Job summary

Holland & Barrett in Antrim is seeking a Retail Assistant to welcome customers and help them find products aligned with their wellness goals. You’ll keep shelves stocked, support promotions, and work with your team to deliver a positive shopping experience. The role is permanent, 5 hours per week, at £13.70 per hour, based in Castle Shopping Centre.

Full training and ongoing support are provided to build product knowledge and confidence in recommending solutions, both in-store and online.

• Curiosity about health and wellness, with a willingness to learn
• The ability to stay organised, work as part of a team and adapt in a busy retail environment
• Confidence using technology, including tablets and digital tools

• Keeping shelves fully stocked and merchandising displays to a high standard
• Supporting promotions, maintaining store presentation and ensuring excellent operational standards

• Using a consultative approach to understand customers' needs and recommend products (in-store or online)
• Completing training to build product knowledge and provide trusted guidance
