Bettys Cafe Tearooms in Ilkley is looking for a friendly Retail Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. This role involves serving customers, keeping the shop stocked, and delivering the high standards we are known for.

You will work minimum 24 hours over 4 days, including at least one weekend day, with shifts that may start early or finish late. Full training is provided and teamwork is essential to maintain service quality.

An opportunity has arisen in our Retailteamand we are looking for a Retail Assistant to join us as part of our team at Bettys Cafe Tearoomsin Ilkley.

Working pattern

• This  isaPartTimerole working a minimum of24hoursover 4days.

• We have a variety of shift patterns with start and finish times staggered throughout the day which is dependent on the opening hours of the branch. 

• These shifts may include some early mornings or later finishes.

• You willbe requiredto work at least one day at the weekend every week.

About you

You will have a keen interest in customer service and the ability to work at pace. You will havegood communicationskills and the ability to work well with others as we rely on ourstrong teamethic to deliver the highest levels of quality and customer service.  You will have the desire to learn all about our products and be able to confidently share your knowledge and enthusiasm with our customers.Previousexperience working in a customer facing environment and knowledge of food safety and health and safety procedures is desirable but not essential as full training is provided.
