Job summary

Bettys & Taylors of Harrogate is seeking two Despatch Assistants to join our Bettys Bakery despatch operation in Harrogate. You will pick, pack, prepare and deliver items for our Café Tea Rooms, supporting on-time orders with attention to detail. A full clean driving license is required.

This part-time role is 25 hours per week, with early shifts 5am–10am, across 5 days in 7. We offer a discretionary profit-share bonus scheme paid quarterly, plus meals on shift, staff discounts, health benefits

An opportunity has arisen in our Despatch Team, and we are looking for 2 Despatch Assistants to join us at Bettys Bakery where we produce, pack, and distribute a variety of our much-loved products. As a Despatch Assistant you will be responsible for fulfilling orders through picking, packing, preparing and delivering items to our Café Tea Rooms.

Working Pattern

• This is a part-time role working 25 hours each week, 5 days over 7.
• The working hours for this role will be 5am-10am each day.

About You

You’ll enjoy working as part of a team in a busy environment, ensuring targets are met on time and in full. You’ll pay excellent attention to detail and take pride in your work. A full clean driving license is required for this role.
