Bettys & Taylors is seeking a Retail Assistant to join our team in Harlow. This part-time role requires a minimum of 12 hours over two days, with shifts that may include early mornings or late finishes and at least one weekend day each week.
We value strong customer service, clear communication, and teamwork. Full training will be provided, and prior food-handling knowledge is welcome but not essential.
An opportunity has arisen in our Retailteamand we are looking for a Retail Assistant to join us as part of our team at Bettys Cafe Tearoomsin Harlow Carr.
This  isaPartTimerole working a minimum of12hoursover 2 days.
We have a variety of shift patterns with start and finish times staggered throughout the day which is dependent on the opening hours of the branch. 
These shifts may include some early mornings or later finishes.
You willbe requiredto work at least one day at the weekend every week.
You will have a keen interest in customer service and the ability to work at pace. You will havegood communicationskills and the ability to work well with others as we rely on ourstrong teamethic to deliver the highest levels of quality and customer service.  You will have the desire to learn all about our products and be able to confidently share your knowledge and enthusiasm with our customers.Previousexperience working in a customer facing environment and knowledge of food safety and health and safety procedures is desirable but not essential as full training is provided.
