Job summary

Holland & Barrett is seeking a Retail Assistant for a part-time role of 16 hours per week, paying £13.17 per hour. You’ll welcome customers, help them find wellness products and provide a friendly, knowledgeable service to support their wellbeing goals.

You’ll receive training, ongoing support and opportunities to grow within the team, plus benefits such as staff discounts, a wellbeing program, and access to health and wellness resources.

What you'll be doing

• Welcoming customers and helping them find the right products for their individual wellness goals.
• Recommending products and solutions with confidence while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Keeping shelves fully stocked and merchandising displays to a high standard.
• Supporting promotions, maintaining store presentation and ensuring excellent operational standards.
• Working collaboratively with your team to achieve store goals and create a positive shopping experience.
• Use aconsultative approach to understand customers' needs and recommend the right products, whether available in store or online.
• Completing ourQualified to Advise training to build your product knowledge and provide trusted guidance.
