Holland & Barrett in Carlisle is hiring a part-time Retail Assistant to welcome customers and guide them to wellness selections. You’ll support shelves, promotions and store standards while delivering excellent service.

You’ll join a team focused on helping customers live healthier lives, with training and opportunities to grow knowledge of health products. A supportive, friendly environment awaits.

What you'll be doing

• Welcoming customers and helping them find the right products for their individual wellness goals.
• Recommending products and solutions with confidence while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Keeping shelves fully stocked and merchandising displays to a high standard.
• Supporting promotions, maintaining store presentation and ensuring excellent operational standards.
• Working collaboratively with your team to achieve store goals and create a positive shopping experience.
• Use a consultative approach to understand customers' needs and recommend the right products, whether available in store or online.
• Completing our Qualified to Advise training to build your product knowledge and provide trusted guidance.
