Holland & Barrett in Musselburgh is seeking a part-time Retail Assistant to join our team. This permanent role offers 10 hours per week with a competitive rate of £13.17 per hour, and you will help create welcoming, wellbeing-focused experiences for every customer who walks through our doors.

You'll receive training and support to build product knowledge, with a friendly team environment, flexible shifts, and benefits including holiday allowance, health support, and staff discounts.

What you'll be doing

• Welcoming customers and helping them find the right products for their individual wellness goals.
• Recommending products and solutions with confidence while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Keeping shelves fully stocked and merchandising displays to a high standard.
• Supporting promotions, maintaining store presentation and ensuring excellent operational standards.
• Working collaboratively with your team to achieve store goals and create a positive shopping experience.
• Use aconsultative approach to understand customers' needs and recommend the right products, whether available in store or online.
• Completing ourQualified to Advise training to build your product knowledge and provide trusted guidance.
