Job summary

Holland & Barret is seeking a part-time Retail Assistant in the United Kingdom. The role is 10 hours per week with a permanent contract and a pay rate of £13.17 per hour. You will welcome customers, recommend products, and support promotions while maintaining a high standard of store presentation.

You will work with a friendly team to deliver exceptional customer service and will complete the required training to build product knowledge and provide trusted guidance to shoppers.

What you'll be doing

• Welcoming customers and helping them find the right products for their individual wellness goals.
• Recommending products and solutions with confidence while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Keeping shelves fully stocked and merchandising displays to a high standard.
• Supporting promotions, maintaining store presentation and ensuring excellent operational standards.
• Working collaboratively with your team to achieve store goals and create a positive shopping experience.
• Use aconsultative approach to understand customers' needs and recommend the right products, whether available in store or online.
• Completing ourQualified to Advise training to build your product knowledge and provide trusted guidance.
