Holland & Barrett is seeking a part-time Retail Assistant in Beverley to create welcoming, inspiring experiences for every customer. The role involves helping customers choose the right wellness products, maintaining displays, and supporting promotions with a strong customer service focus.

You’ll join a team that values curiosity about health and a proactive, adaptable approach in a busy retail environment. Training is provided to grow product knowledge and confidence in advising customers.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome customers and help them find the right products for their wellness goals.
• Recommend products with confidence while delivering outstanding service.
• Keep shelves stocked and merchandising displays to a high standard.
• Support promotions, maintain store presentation and operational standards.
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve store goals and create a positive shopping experience.
• Use a consultative approach to understand customers' needs and recommend products, in-store or online.
• Complete training to build product knowledge and provide trusted guidance.

What you'll be doing

• Welcoming customers and helping them find the right products for their individual wellness goals.
• Recommending products and solutions with confidence while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Keeping shelves fully stocked and merchandising displays to a high standard.
• Supporting promotions, maintaining store presentation and ensuring excellent operational standards.
• Working collaboratively with your team to achieve store goals and create a positive shopping experience.
• Use aconsultative approach to understand customers' needs and recommend the right products, whether available in store or online.
• Completing ourQualified to Advise training to build your product knowledge and provide trusted guidance.
