Job summary

TRIA is seeking a skilled SOC Analyst to strengthen their security operations, focusing on IT and OT network protection within a transforming security team in the energy sector. You will specialise in AWS, MS Sentinel and Defender, and act as the primary contact for security incident remediation while supporting the broader security function.

The role requires experience with security tools (SIEM, SOAR, EDR) and familiarity with security frameworks like NIST and ISO 27001.

Qualifications

• Experience with Cloud IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS, especially AWS.
• Strong knowledge of security operations and tools like SIEM, SOAR, EDR.
• Familiarity with NIST/ISO 27001, IEC62443 and related frameworks.
• Experience with ICS is advantageous; training will be provided.
• Right to work in the UK and eligibility for security clearance (5+ years in UK).

Responsibilities

• Secure IT and OT networks in line with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Act as Security SME and lead incident remediation support.
• Provide technical and non-technical security guidance to team.
• Collaborate with wider security and operations teams.
