Euroclear in London is seeking an experienced Application Support Analyst to manage production and test environment support for critical business applications. You will handle production incidents, communicate with internal business users, and resolve information requests.

Qualifications

Must have experience working in application support/service support on a Linux platform and capable of writing SQL statements, shell scripts.
Experience with Java, Kafka and OpenShift would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

Provides production and test environment support for applications, including incident and problem management.
Participates in application software delivery to test and production environments and in production site switches.
Communicates complex technical issues clearly to recipients and completes user requests within SLAs.
Assesses changes for impact on production and supports large-scale changes autonomously.
Codes in a programming language and creates scripts/macros to maintain or improve support tools.
