Remote BA – Facilities & FSM Systems Integration

Job summary

TRIA is seeking a Business Analyst to support its integration projects as it acquires new businesses and integrates them into its technology landscape. You will come from Manufacturing, Construction, Facilities Management or similar sectors and will work hands-on with a Field Service Management (FSM) system, with a travel requirement to sites and a remote-working rhythm of one day a week.

Experience with FSM implementations (Discovery & implementation) is expected, and prior FM industry exposure

Qualifications

• Proven Business Analysis experience.
• Hands-on experience with a FSM System (Discovery & implementation).
• Bonus if FSM experience is in IFS.
• Previous experience in Facilities Management or similar industry.

Responsibilities

• Support integration projects as new businesses are acquired and integrated into the tech landscape.
• Work with FSM software during implementations and integrations.
• Collaborate with teams to align FSM with overall technology landscape.
