Job summary

Jet2.com and Jet2holidays is seeking a Retail Analyst within the Retail Revenue team in the UK to help drive In-Flight Retail revenue. You will monitor demand, analyse reports, and make strategic recommendations to boost revenue across our offerings.

In this fast-paced role you will collaborate with In-Flight Retail Product, Operations and Supply teams, communicate with senior stakeholders, and maintain attention to detail to inform business decisions. Hybrid working is available.

As our new Retail Analyst within the Retail Revenue department, you'll have a major impact on helping us achieve our goal. Working alongside the In-Flight & Retail Revenue Trading Manager you'll be making data-led decisions to support the growth of our In-Flight Retail product. In this fast-paced position, you'll work alongside our In-Flight Retail Product, Operations and Supply teams to deliver the best experience for our valued customers.

What You'll Be Doing

• You'll monitor the demand, trends and drive revenue growth across our In-Flight Retail offering and will analyse a variety of reports, making strategic recommendations to influence business decisions.
• Communicate regularly via multiple channels to a variety of audiences, including our wider Revenue teams and senior stakeholders within the business.
• Be able to work effectively within a fast-paced, commercial environment where attention to detail is key.
