Job summary

Anthropic Limited is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive adoption of our AI productivity API and SaaS solutions across the retail sector in the EMEA markets. You will own the full sales cycle from outbound to close, targeting decision-makers and shaping our value proposition.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, a proven track record in complex deals, and the ability to navigate retail procurement.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of B2B sales experience in SaaS, API solutions, or emerging technologies
• Track record of managing complex sales cycles within retail organisations and securing strategic deals
• Navigate retail organisational structures and procurement processes to build consensus among executives, admins, and IT departments
• Experience negotiating complex agreements within retail procurement frameworks and policies
• Proven experience exceeding revenue targets by managing an evolving pipeline and sales process
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present to diverse retail audiences

Responsibilities

• Win new business and drive revenue for Anthropic within the retail sector
• Design and execute innovative sales strategies tailored to retail procurement cycles and budgeting processes
• Spearhead market expansion by identifying new use cases within merchandising, e‑commerce, and store operations
• Navigate complex retail stakeholder ecosystems to build consensus among executives and IT departments
• Inform product roadmaps by gathering feedback from users and conveying retail market needs
• Refine retail sales methodology and playbooks to improve productivity and consistency
