Job summary

Longleat Enterprises Limited is seeking a full-time Retail Assistant on a short-term 6-month basis to support the Retail Department with administration and customer care.

Based in Warminster, you will help manage EPOS data, assist with basic merchandising, and provide a high level of service to customers and colleagues in a fast-paced environment.

You will work Monday to Friday, with opportunities to learn about Longleat’s operations and contribute to a memorable guest experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in a busy office environment, preferably in retail with emphasis on customer care.
• Understanding of EPOS and basic merchandising principles.
• Excellent IT skills, with proficiency in MS Word and Excel, internet and email.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level administrative support to the Retail Department.
• Assist in maintaining and updating EPOS database and merchandising data.
• Deliver excellent customer care to internal and external customers.
