Job summary

Westcoast Limited is seeking a Retail Account Manager to work with the Account Director and the wider retail team, delivering a high-level service to our major retail accounts. You will manage the key computing brands across Westcoast's portfolio, forecast stock and sales, attend meetings with customers and vendors, and build strong retailer relationships.

Based at Westcoast Theale (Reading) with occasional off-site visits; ideal candidates will have FMCG/retail experience and advanced Excel

Qualifications

• Background in retail account management or FMCG is essential.
• Experience with major retailers (e.g., The Very Group, AO Group) is desirable.
• Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Advanced Excel proficiency and ability to handle complex data.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with vendor/retail contacts and attend retailer/vendor meetings.
• Monitor weekly stock and sales and develop reporting tools.
• Manage promotional activity and KPI delivery for retail accounts.
• Coordinate new product setup and price updates.
• Support product launches and ensure 100% availability; build client relationships.
