HR GO Group is seeking a friendly Restaurant Team Member in Dover to deliver excellent customer service and support smooth restaurant operations. You will take orders, serve food and drinks, and assist the team to maintain a clean, welcoming dining area.

The role includes cash handling, following cleaning schedules, and contributing to a positive guest experience. Permanent, 30 hours per week, with a supportive team environment and staff parking.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional service.
• Take and serve food and drink orders, including alcohol where appropriate.
• Operate the till, manage the float and complete cashing up.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Follow daily, weekly and deep-cleaning schedules.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain quality, consistency and presentation standards.
• Support the kitchen and management team when required.
