Haven is seeking a friendly Restaurant Team Member to greet guests, take orders, and serve meals, helping to create a welcoming dining experience at our venue in the United Kingdom. Roles available: full-time, part-time or seasonal with pay up to £12.71 per hour depending on age.

You will work with kitchen and front-of-house teams, keep areas clean, and learn the menu and promotions while benefiting from comprehensive training and development opportunities, including fully funded qualifications

Qualifications

• Greet guests and take orders to ensure a positive dining experience.
• Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house during busy periods.
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards across dining and serving areas.
• Familiarise with the menu, specials and promotions to answer questions.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, take orders and ensure every customer has a positive dining experience.
• Work closely with kitchen and other front-of-house staff to ensure smooth operations, especially during busy times.
• Keep restaurant and serving areas clean and tidy, maintaining hygiene and cleanliness standards.
• Familiarise yourself with the menu, daily specials, and promotions to answer guest questions and make recommendations.
