Job summary

Haven in Poole is seeking a friendly Restaurant Team Member to greet guests, take orders and serve meals, creating a warm dining atmosphere. You will work with kitchen and FOH staff to ensure smooth service, while keeping areas clean and hygienic. Knowledge of the menu and promotions helps you upsell with confidence.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant, fast food or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication skills and a guest‑oriented attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
