Job summary

Haven is seeking a friendly Restaurant Team Member to greet guests, take orders, serve food and keep areas clean and welcoming. You’ll work with kitchen and FOH staff to deliver smooth service during busy periods and learn menu items, daily specials, and promotions to answer questions and make recommendations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a restaurant, fast food or customer service role or as a waiter or waitress is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, guest-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities
