Job summary

Haven is seeking a Fast Food Team Member to join our seaside venue. You’ll help prepare and serve tasty takeaway meals in a fast-paced environment while delivering friendly customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast food, quick service restaurants, or retail is a plus but not essential.
• Customer service experience – friendly, approachable and ready to help guests.
• Familiarity with basic food preparation.
• Attention to detail, particularly when handling food orders and cash transactions.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet guests, take orders, and answer menu questions.
• Prepare and assemble food, following brand recipes and quality standards.
• Pack and serve orders quickly and correctly to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Efficiently process payments, and handle transactions.
• Maintain a clean, stocked workspace and follow food safety guidelines.
