Job summary

Talosats Careers is seeking Restaurant Team Members to join a friendly team. You will help bring the restaurant to life for customers, with duties including preparing drinks, serving guests, and supporting the floor during peak times. Must be fully flexible for weekday and weekend work.

You will work on a till, maintain high cleanliness standards, and contribute to a positive guest experience through teamwork and excellent service.

Qualifications

• Strong communicator with customer-facing experience.
• Experience in hospitality or fast-paced service.
• Flexible availability including weekdays, weekends and bank holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support daily service to ensure smooth operation.
• Deliver efficient and friendly customer service.
• Prepare and serve hot and cold drinks, including coffee.
• Clear and clean tables to maintain a welcoming environment.
• Perform kitchen support and general cleaning tasks.
• Operate tills and process transactions accurately.
• Follow company payment procedures.

The Role

We have a great opportunity for Restaurant Team Members to come and join our friendly team. Bringing our food and Restaurant to life for our customers to remember. Must be fully flexible, hours involve weekday and weekend work.

May be required to use a computerised tilling system.

Will also involve usual jobs associated with working in a busy restaurant.

Must be Friendly & Confident for this customer facing role.

Be able to work on own initiative & as part of a team, able to adapt to the demands & speed of the business at peak trading.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting all aspects of daily service to ensure smooth running.
• Delivering exceptional customer servce efficientlyand professionally.
• Preparing and serving hot and cold drinks, including barista‑style coffee.
• Clearing and cleaning tables to maintain a tidy, welcoming environment.
• General cleaning, sweeping, moppingand supporting overall restaurant cleanliness.
• Kitchen support, washing up and maintaining high standards.
• Till operation, processing transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Following company procedures to handle payments responsibly.
