Job summary

Talosats Careers is seeking a friendly Restaurant Team Member to join our busy venue on a fixed term contract. You will work across weekdays and weekends, providing warm, efficient service and helping keep the dining area welcoming.

Responsibilities include serving hot and cold drinks (barista-style), processing transactions at the till, and maintaining high cleanliness standards in both front-of-house and back-of-house areas while supporting the team during peak times.

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience in a customer-facing role.

• Support daily service to ensure smooth running.
• Deliver excellent customer service efficiently.
• Prepare and serve hot and cold drinks, including barista-style coffee.
• Maintain dining area and clear/clean tables for a welcoming environment.
• General cleaning, sweeping, mopping, and support for restaurant cleanliness.
• Wash up and maintain high standards in kitchen and service areas.
• Operate till, process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Handle money following company procedures.

We have a great opportunity for Restaurant Team Member to come and join our friendly Restaurant on a fixed term contract. Bringing our food and Restaurant to life for our guest to remember. Must be fully flexible, hours involve weekday and weekend work.

May be required to use a computerised tilling system.

Will also involve usual jobs associated with working in a busy restaurant.

Must be Friendly & Confident for this customer facing role.

Be able to work on own initiative & as part of a team, able to adapt to the demands & speed of the business at peak trading.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting all aspects of daily service to ensure smooth running.
• Delivering excellent customer service efficientlyand professionally.
• Preparing and serving hot and cold drinks, including barista‑style coffee.
• Dining area upkeep, clearing and cleaning tables to maintain a tidy, welcoming environment.

• Till operation, processing transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Money handling, following company procedures to handle payments responsibly.
