Job summary

The QHotels Collection is seeking staff to work across its Hampshire Court Hotel & Spa in Basingstoke, delivering high standards in Food & Beverage across the venue. You will help guests with recommendations, promotions and service excellence while maintaining brand standards and team collaboration.

This role focuses on guest satisfaction, effective upselling, and supporting a welcoming, well-run hotel environment that values diversity and training opportunities for progression.

Qualifications

• Passion for delivering exceptional guest service.

• Good time management and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• You will be stationed in a variety of Food & Beverage areas across the hotel ensuring guest satisfaction and brand standards are met.
• You will keep up to date with pricing and promotions in order to provide advice to guests and maximise sales.
