Job summary

NFH Restaurants Ltd., a dynamic multi-brand franchisee, is seeking a Wendy's Supervisor to lead daily operations and guide a fast-paced team to deliver great guest experiences across Wendy's outlets.

You will focus on staffing, training, scheduling, and coaching, supporting the General Manager, ensuring compliance with company standards, and driving sales while building a four- or five-star team ready to grow with the business.

Qualifications

• Experience leading people in a food service environment.
• 1 year of line operations experience with ability to lead in a fast-paced setting.
• 1 year of management experience.
• Flexibility to work all-day parts and days.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise Shift Leaders and Team Members.
• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations and ensure standards are followed.
• Deliver key training with the General Manager and identify capability gaps.
• Ensure audit requirements (Health and Safety, Food Audits, Stock, EHO, financials) are met.
• Build an efficient team driving business objectives and cost control.
• Support with local marketing to drive sales and presence in the area.
