Bupa – Richmond Village Wood Norton is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to lead our front of house team in a warm, community-focused setting. This permanent, full-time role is 40 hours per week, with 5 shifts including weekends, typically 11:30am–7:30pm.

• Experience leading or supervising a team in a hospitality or catering environment.
• Self-motivated with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Organised and flexible with a professional attitude; leads by example.

Responsabilités

• Managing and optimising staff rotas, ensuring effective cover within budgets.
• Leading, recruiting, and developing a high-performing front of house team; maintaining high standards.
• Overseeing daily restaurant operations across dining, bar and room service; delivering exceptional experience.
• Planning and delivering events and functions to maximise engagement and revenue.
• Building relationships with local businesses to increase external bookings and revenue opportunities.
• Collaborating with marketing to promote events and dining experiences.
• Working with kitchen and wider teams to ensure seamless service and a consistent guest and resident experience.
• Managing dietary and allergen requirements safely and effectively.
