Bupa Richmond Village in Evesham is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to lead the front of house across dining, bar and room service. You will manage rotas, recruit and develop a high-performing team, and ensure a warm, resident-focused hospitality experience.

This permanent, full-time role offers 40 hours per week with shifts 11.30am–7.30pm and a salary of £29,221 per annum. You will collaborate with kitchen staff and marketing to drive events and revenue.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or supervising a team in hospitality or catering.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a resident focus.

Responsabilités

• Manage and optimise staff rotas within budget to ensure coverage.
• Lead and develop a high-performing front of house team to high standards.
• Oversee daily restaurant operations across dining, bar and room service.
• Plan and deliver events and functions to maximise engagement and revenue.
• Build relationships with local businesses to increase external bookings.
• Collaborate with marketing to promote events and dining experiences.
• Work with kitchen and wider teams to ensure seamless service and guest experience.
• Manage dietary, allergen and special meal requirements safely.
