Axiom Hospitality Limited in Bath is hiring a Restaurant Supervisor to support the Gordon Ramsay Bread Street Kitchen opening at DoubleTree by Hilton Bath. You will work with the restaurant leadership to ensure smooth service, guest satisfaction and team development.

We seek an ambitious, hospitality-focused professional with supervisory experience, excellent communication and a passion for high-volume service.

Qualifications

• Truly passionate about the Hospitality Industry.
• Previous supervisory experience in a busy environment is preferred.
• Excellent personal presentation.
• Good understanding of food hygiene and health & safety procedures.
• Ability to function independently with a minimum of supervision.
• Excellent communication skills, the ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
• Enthusiastic team player with a flexible approach.
• Experience in high volume, quality restaurants

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the team.
• Supervise, encourage and develop the food and beverage team.
• Ensure all service standards are maintained during breakfast operation.
• Ensure tables are set and ready for guests at all times.
• Ensure guests' orders are taken and executed promptly.
• Have good knowledge of the food and beverage menu.
• Respond to guests’ queries on the menu and wait times.
• Communicate questions on menu, wait times, and dietary needs to the teams.
