Job summary

Gordon Ramsay Bread Street Kitchen & Bar in Bath is seeking a Food & Beverage Assistant to join our dynamic team. The role focuses on delivering warm hospitality, serving drinks, and supporting guests throughout their visit within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience in a busy environment preferred.
• Excellent personal presentation and communication skills.
• Good understanding of food hygiene and health & safety procedures.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong team-player with flexible approach.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and serving beverages as requested by guests.
• Ensuring tables are set and ready for guests.
• Taking and executing guests' orders promptly.
• Maintaining high cleanliness standards in Food & Beverage outlets.
• Knowledge of the food and beverage menu and responding to guest queries.
• Communicating menu questions, wait times and dietary needs to teams.
