Job summary

Gordon Ramsay Bread Street Kitchen & Bar at DoubleTree by Hilton Bath is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to join the opening team and help drive the hotel’s dining experience. You will work closely with the leadership team in a supportive, fast-paced environment to deliver exceptional guest satisfaction and consistent service.

Responsibilities include leading and developing the F&B team, maintaining breakfast and daily service standards, ensuring tables are ready, orders are taken and executed

Qualifications

• Truly passionate about the Hospitality Industry.
• Previous supervisory experience in a busy environment preferred.
• Excellent personal presentation.
• Good understanding of food hygiene and health & safety procedures.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Enthusiastic team player with a flexible approach.
• Experience in high-volume, quality restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the team in a supportive, fast-paced setting.
• Supervise, encourage and develop the F&B team.
• Maintain service standards across breakfast operation.
• Ensure all tables are set and ready for guests.
• Take and execute guest orders in a timely manner.
• Maintain knowledge of the food & beverage menu.
• Respond to guest queries and communicate needs to teams.
