Qualifications

• Right to work in the UK is required.
• Previous experience in a busy restaurant or bar is preferred but not essential.
• Excellent personal presentation and communication skills are expected.
• Enthusiastic team player with a flexible approach.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests to the restaurant and manage seating.
• Provide accurate wait times and monitor waiting lists.
• Manage reservations and escort guests to dining or bar areas.
• Greet guests on departure and coordinate with the F&B team on seating options.
• Maintain a clean reception area and respond to guest inquiries.
• Assist the F&B team as needed.
