Job summary

Franco Manca Cambridge is seeking a Restaurant Manager to be the driving force behind one of our popular pizzerias. You will lead by example, inspiring your team to deliver exceptional service, delicious food, and an unforgettable guest experience.

You’ll take ownership of daily operations, including budgeting, targets, and health & safety, while building strong relationships with customers and the local community. Join a growing brand that values people and hospitality.

Qualifications

• Leadership and people management experience in a customer-focused environment.
• Strong organisational skills with a bias for safety, quality and cost control.
• Ability to motivate and develop a diverse team to deliver great guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day restaurant operations and drive exceptional guest experience.
• Own the day-to-day running of the restaurant including budgets and targets.
• Inspire and develop your team to deliver high service standards during peak times.
• Be the face of Franco Manca, building relationships with customers and the local community.
• Ensure health and safety standards are strictly followed and monitored.
• Celebrate success with the team and maintain a positive working culture.
