Role Overview: Restaurant Supervisor

As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will oversee service during your shift, allocate daily duties to the team, and motivate staff while supporting the improvement of products, service, and standards. Leading by example, you will deliver friendly, professional, and memorable service to our guests.

You will inspire the team with clarity and confidence, ensure the department is prepared and organized, and assist the Food & Beverage/Restaurant Manager with staff training and development.

Candidate Requirements

The ideal candidate will be professional, knowledgeable, and dedicated to delivering 5-star experiences. You should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, be confident in building relationships with guests and team members, and have previous hospitality experience, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
