Job description

Working 30hrs hours per week(working times are Monday - Friday term time only between 7:30am-2pm approx., Hours to be confirmed to include 2 cleaning days, 3 training days)

As a Catering Supervisor your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and cooking meals for students and staff
• Planning and controlling all aspects of the service
• keeping the kitchen clean & tidy
• Costing, stocktaking and keepingappropriate records using IT skills
• Keeping up to date with relevant training
• To maintain a menu with balanced diets and allergen control
• To be aware of the care users’ needs and dietary preferences.
• You will work collaboratively with the general assistant to ensure the first-class delivery of food in school kitchen
• Previous kitchen experience is essential to this role
