A leading hospitality brand is seeking a Bar and Restaurant Supervisor in Oxford. You should have experience working in a busy restaurant and/or bar and be seeking the next step in your career. As the face of the restaurant and bar within our hotel, you'll help manage flow and communicate with the Kitchen and management team to ensure a smooth dining experience for our guests.
We operate 7 days a week, 365 days a year, and require flexibility to work various shifts and days. Our busiest times are evenings and weekends, but shift patterns and contracted hours can be discussed at interview. We also offer nationally recognized apprenticeships alongside detailed brand training to support your development. We aim to help you stand out in creating memorable guest experiences.
