Job summary

The Ivy Belfast is seeking a dynamic Restaurant Supervisor to join our lively all-day dining team. You will support the seamless running of the restaurant, ensure high standards of service, and help anticipate guest needs while maintaining team cohesion with the kitchen brigade.

You should have at least 1 year of supervisory experience, a professional approach to service, and be a real team player committed to our caring values. A minimum 20 hours per week contract is guaranteed.

• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in a restaurant setting.
• Solution-driven and able to work under pressure.
• Professional, service-oriented approach and team player.

Responsibilities

• Support the seamless running of the restaurant with efficient service.

Key elements of your role as Restaurant Supervisor

will involve supporting the seamless running of the restaurant by providing a highly efficient and effective service, ensuring standards are maintained and guest needs are anticipated. To establish and maintain good working relationships amongst the restaurant team and with the kitchen brigade. To carry out training and development needs within the department and to take appropriate action. Reporting to the Restaurant Manager.

You have at least 1+ years’ experience in this role and are solution-driven, working well under pressure. You pride yourself on your professional approach to service excellence and you are a real team player.
