Responsibilities

• Support the seamless running of the restaurant with efficient service.
• Maintain standards and anticipate guest needs.
• Foster good relationships within the restaurant team and with the kitchen brigade.
• Conduct training and development for the department.
• Report to the Restaurant Manager.
