Beannchor Group is seeking a customer-focused Yardbird Restaurant Supervisor in Belfast to oversee daily restaurant operations, host and support staff, and ensure high service standards. You will train new staff, maintain cleanliness, manage customer complaints, and enforce health and safety practices in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires leadership, clear communication, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities across shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience in a similar busy restaurant (table service).
• Strong leadership and team management skills required.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise multiple tasks.

Yardbird – Restaurant Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced, customer-focussed Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Yardbird.

Key responsibilities:

• Overseeing day-to-day service operations of the restaurant on shift
• “Hosting” and waitressing shifts
• Supporting with training and induction of new restaurant staff
• Overseeing restaurant cleanliness and reporting any maintenance concerns
• Resolving complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Enforcing health and safety practices, including sanitation and food hygiene
• Ensuring consistent quality standards during service
• Overseeing the opening and closing of the premises, including set-up and clean down.

Essential Criteria:

• 2 years’ experience in a similar busy (table service) restaurant.
