Little Wing Bangor is seeking a dedicated Supervisor to lead the restaurant team and ensure excellent customer service. You will support the General Manager, drive revenue, control costs, and maintain cleanliness in a busy hospitality environment.

This full-time role expects 30–40 hours weekly with a competitive pay of up to £29,000 per year, plus a performance bonus and tasty staff perks like free pizza on shift and 20% discount across venues.

Job description

Little Wing opened its doors in October 2009, bringing authentic (and delicious!) Naples-style pizzas to Northern Ireland. Since the opening of the flagship restaurant on Ann Street in Belfast the Little Wing family has grown to include ten restaurants throughout Northern Ireland!

We have an exciting opportunity for a supervisor to join our Little Wing Bangor, Management team. As a Supervisor you will provide direction and support to the restaurant team ensuring excellent customer service levels are maintained at all times. You will work with the GeneralManager, to maximise revenue, manage costs and maintain high levels of cleanliness throughout the restaurant. We believe in work life balance. This is a full-time position, and you will be expected to work approximately 30 - 40 hour per week. As reward you can expect a competitive rate of pay of up to £29,000 per annum.

We also provide a performance bonus structure, free pizza on shift and a company discount 20% off food in various outlets including Bullitt Hotel, Little Wing Pizzeria, The National and The Cloth Ear.

• 1 years’ supervisor experience in a customer facing role

Desirable Criteria

• 1 years’ supervisor experience in a similar busy table service restaurant
• NVQ Level 3 in Hospitality Supervisor or Leadership (or similar)
