Job summary

Ragin' Ramen in Belfast is seeking a full-time Supervisor to lead the restaurant team and ensure excellent customer service and smooth operations. You will work with the Senior General Manager to maximise revenue, control costs and uphold cleanliness.

The role is 40 hours per week with a competitive pay of £13.46 per hour. We value passion, hospitality and teamwork, with opportunities for training, progression and staff perks including discounts across partner outlets and seasonal celebrations.

• 1 year of supervisor experience in a customer facing role.

As a Supervisor you will provide direction and support to the restaurant team ensuring excellent customer service levels are maintained at all times. You will work with the Senior GeneralManager, to maximise revenue, manage costs and maintain high levels of cleanliness throughout the restaurant. We believe in work life balance. This is a full-time position, and you will be expected to work approximately 40 hour per week. As reward you can expect a competitive rate of pay of £13.46 per hour.

Essential Criteria

• 1 years’ supervisor experience in a customer facing role
• Proven track record of organisational skills
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills
• Passionate about the industry and delivering the best pizza
• Strong customer focus

Desirable Criteria

• 1 years’ supervisor experience in a similar busy table service restaurant
• NVQ Level 3 in Hospitality Supervisor or Leadership (or similar)
