The Bird Bath and Dukes Hotel in Bath is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to lead daily dining operations at our Bath property. You’ll support the Restaurant Manager, motivate the team and ensure guests receive exceptional service in a vibrant, boutique setting.

Formación

• Previous experience in a restaurant supervisory role or as a strong senior waiter/waitress.
• Genuine passion for hospitality, great food and exceptional service.
• Positive, approachable leadership style and the confidence to motivate others.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• The ability to stay calm, organised and focused during busy services.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and shifts as required.

• Handling guest requests and resolving any concerns professionally and positively.
• Maintaining excellent standards of presentation, cleanliness and food safety.
• Helping to manage bookings, staffing and service during busy periods.

What you'll be doing as our Restaurant Supervisor
